Burbank Ranch is located in Templeton, California. In 1886 the ranch was subdivided from Rancho La Asuncion, an original Mexican land grant holding, through a survey performed by R.R. Harris of The West Coast Land Company.  Instead of man-made monuments, the landmarks within that survey were natural members of the community: trees such as white oaks, live oaks, willows, and cottonwoods.

The Ranch is an 83-acre farm located in the El Pomar area of Templeton, which is within the Paso Robles American Viticulture Appellation (AVA). The property has panoramic views of the Santa Lucia Mountains, rolling hills, and oak-lined seasonal creeks.  The soil and water are perfect for growing high quality grapes. 44.5 acres of vines have been planted. Cool Pacific Ocean air flows nightly into the Ranch through the Templeton Gap in the Santa Lucia Mountain's providing perfect daily temperature changes for growing grapes.

Burbank Ranch primarily sells grapes to local high-end wineries. However, each year the ranch produces a small quantity of wine from its best grapes. Welcome to Burbank Ranch.
